    • Build Affordable Housing by using the Affordable Housing Fund, Land Bank Authority, & Expanded Inclusionary Housing Policies 

    • Adapt Zoning Policies to Allow Diverse Housing Options Such as Duplexes, Cottage Courts, Tiny Homes, and In-Law Suites and Encourage More Density

    • Create an “Inclusionary Parking Policy” to Help Lower Construction Costs and Fund Transit, Pedestrian, and Bicycle Infrastructure

    • Fund the Eviction Prevention Program, that Tim Helped Found, to Keep Families in Their Homes

    • Create a "Tangled Title Fund", like in Philadelphia, to Help Low-Income Persons Seeking to Clear Legal Titles to Their Homes

    • Assist Low-Income Homeowners Enroll in the Low-Income Homestead Exemption, that Tim Wrote the Legislation For

    • Help Seniors Keep Their Homes by Expanding Home Rehab Programs

    • Reduce Chronic Homelessness for Athenians by 50% by 2035 by working with entire community to use housing first & supportive housing models

    • Work with Community Partners to Increase Shelter Capacity

    • Support Mental Health Resources, Sobriety Resources, and Harm Reducing Resources to Eliminate Barriers to Housing, Health, and Safety


Protect the Rights, Freedoms, and Well-Being of All Athenians

    • Create Community Ambassadors to Walk Downtown & Other Areas to Assist & Connect People to Resources

    • Support & Expand Co-Responder Units & Community Policing Initiatives

    • Work with Sheriff to Decrease Inmate Population, Ensure Safety in the Jail/Courthouse, and End Cooperation with For-Profit Prison Companies

    • Increase Funding for Public Defender’s Office

    • Support the Public Safety Civilian Oversight Board

    • Fund Athens’ Infrastructure Needs to Ensure Long-Term Stability

    • Continue 100% Athens Resilience & Sustainability Initiatives

    • Maintain Living Wages for All ACC Employees, as Started in 2022 by Tim & His Progressive Colleagues, and Ensure ACC Positions Receive Competitive Pay & Benefits to Retain & Recruit Top Talent

    • Implement Purchasing Policy Changes to Help Black-Owned, Woman- Owned, & Minority-Owned Businesses Receive Government Contracts

    • Implement Recommendations to Address Racial Disparities Identified in the ACC Disparity Study

    • Expand Local Art & Music Grants to Help Athens Artists Flourish

    • Increase Public Funding for Local Music, Art, and Cultural Events
